Tiverton Park Manor Musings

  • Resident Irene Bradley has a big birthday this month. The Tiverton native turned 102, Saturday, Dec. 20. Best wishes to Irene.

  • Thanks to the Tiverton Knox Presbyterian Sunday School Group for coming out to the Manor, Dec. 14, to entertain the residents. And a special thanks for the goodies.

  • A big thank you goes out to the Tiverton Park Manor Ladies Auxiliary for the annual Manor cookie walk. There were lots of yummy baked goods and it was obvious the ladies worked hard baking.

  • Becky Cohoon’s Grade 1 students at Kincardine Township-Tiverton Public School were busy elves making creative Christmas cards for all the residents. They were a joy to read and brought smiles to all our faces.

  • Shiloh Community Church singers came out on the evening of Dec. 17 to sing Christmas carols with the residents. That should get them in the mood.

  • Santa Claus is coming to the Manor, Monday, Dec. 22, to give out Christmas presents to all the good boys and girls at Tiverton Park Manor. His elves will be there earlier in the day checking to make sure they all have been good. All families members are welcome to attend.

HALT-SAFE Armow wishes everyone a happy and safe holiday.  Thank you to the community for support and contributions enabling the Armow Appeal to get to Divisional Court.

Birthday wishes go out to Gord Lamont and Jeff Collins.

Merry Christmas to everyone and hope the new year brings you joy and happiness.

Becky Cohoon's Grade 1 class at Kincardine Township-Tiverton Public School, along with many other students at the school, created more than 180 Christmas cards this holiday season. These cards were handmade with love and delivered to Tiverton Park Manor, and to Trillium Court and Malcolm Place in Kincardine, for every resident to enjoy; photo courtesy of Becky Cohoon
