Other dangerous intersections in Municipality of Kincardine

To the Editor:
RE: “On-line petition urges MTO, Bruce County to fix dangerous intersection”

While I'm sure the corner of the 4th and Highway 21 is dangerous, there are many dangerous intersections where a traffic light should be considered.

I can vouch for the volume and precarious merging of vehicles from the Inverhuron Road (Albert Street) into the long line of traffic coming down the hill on the 2nd of Bruce.

A light there would save many a nerve (during Bruce Power outages, especially). There is no break between 6-7 a.m., and generally no one will let you in.

Any chance I have to NOT drive that route, I gladly take.
