Kincardine Novices are finalists at local Silver Stick regional
The Kincardine Novice Kinucks made it to the finals in the “B” division at the Kincardine Silver Stick Regional tournament, but lost a heart-breaker to Tavistock in the final game.

The Kinucks went unbeaten in the tournament, downing Saugeen Shores, 4-0; Shelburne, 6-0; and Hanover, 6-3.

Sunday morning, Dec. 30, they took on Tavistock and gave it their all, only to be edged by the visitors, 5-4, allowing Tavistock to advance to the International Silver Stick championships.
