Big Brothers and Big Sisters take part in Clean Sweep at Armow Landfill

Eight young people and five adults from Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Kincardine and District, took part in Clean Sweep, helping clean up garbage that had blown into the wooded area at the Armow Landfill Site, Saturday, April 25.

They gathered up lots of paper and plastic, working from 9-11:30 a.m., and then enjoying pizza, before heading home.

Taking part in the event, were adults Gillian Young, Marilyn McDonald, Linda and Ken Stanley, and Corinne Gaudreault, along with Abby Flanagan, Jacob, Charlie and Danielle McKitterick, Elijah Young, Savannah and Andrea Petraitis and Rae Rouleau.
