Bulldogs holding Classic Rock Summer Kick-off Concert, June 1

The Kincardine Fairmount Security Junior “C” Bulldogs are bringing back one of their most popular events to kick off the 2019-20 season - the Classic Rock Summer Kick-Off Concert - to be held Saturday June 1, at Station Beach, Kincardine.

The event will feature three of the top tribute bands in Canada to play for the evening:

Practically Hip - Canada's number one Tragically Hip tribute ​for more than 20 years!

Established in southern Ontario in 1997, Practically Hip has been performing the music and celebrating the legacy of Gord Downie and the Tragically Hip. The band is note-perfect on all the songs, while adding the jams and electric performance elements audiences want. Practically Hip is passionate about the material, especially capturing the nuances and spirit of the original performances – down to the rants, stories and all the songs the Hip is known for!




 








3P1C Journey Tribute - Canada's definitive Journey tribute band transports you back in time to the Steve Perry Era of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees, “Journey.” 'Don't Stop Believin,' 'Open Arms,' 'Separate Ways,' Faithfully,' 'Anyway You Want it. - 3P1C will be performing these and other chart-toppers, along with some deep cuts for the die-hard Journey fans. The band brings you Roy Nichol as 'The Voice' in full costume and backed by an all-star rhythm section of some of Canada's best musicians who hold a high reverence to the signature parts that fans expect to hear.
