Clinton takes WOAA senior “AA” championship
The Ripley Wolves put up a good fight, but the Clinton Radars are now four-time defending champions.

The Radars clinched the WOAA senior “AA” championship with a 4-0 win in Clinton, Friday night, taking the series in five games.

The Wolves fell behind early and battled hard, but Clinton was too strong on this night.

Though there’s no scoring to report, it must be said that Jason Hamilton had a huge night in net for the Wolves, stopping more than 30 shots.

As part of the trio that led the league in Goals Against Average – sharing the honour with Kurt Edwards and Ryan MacDonald – Hamilton and his cohorts stood tall all season for the Wolves.

The Ripley Wolves executive thanks the coaches, trainers, fans, and sponsors for their support during this exciting season. We could not do it without your continued support.

And a huge thank you to the players for their commitment to the team and to putting their bodies on the line every weekend for our team. It has been an exciting season and we look forward to seeing you in 2019-20!
