Tighe, Neilipovitz win “A” Flight for ladies at Ainsdale; Turcotte wins “A” Flight at men's night

Denise Tighe and Karen Neilipovitz tied for first in “A” Flight at the Ainsdale Golf Course Ladies' Day, Tuesday, with a net score of 39.

In third, was Sharon MacDonald with 40. Skins winners, were Maureen Peet and Tighe.

“B” Flight – Antoinetta MacDonald, 36;Jen Lawrie, 38; and Una MacDonald, 39. Skins winners, Laura Haight, Lawrie and Antoinetta MacDonald.

“C” Flight – Beth Mimnagh, 31; Susan Morrison, 36; and three way tie for third, Alexis Gallant, Diane Sutter and Heather Struthers, 41. Skins winners,were Gallant, Mimnagh and Morrison.

“D” Flight – Kristy Garneau, 33; Chris McBride, 40; and tie for third, Deb Quinn and Mhairi Guenther, 42. Skins winners, were Garneau, Guenther and Deb Quinn.

“E” Flight – Bonnie Ritchie, 31; Jackie Mitchell, 37; and Barb McBride, 41. Skins winners, was Ritchie.

Winner of the 50-50 draw, was Nancy Stewar5, $29.50.

Don Turcotte took “A” Flight at Thursday's Men's Night at Ainsdale, with a score of 36, followed by Brad Knight, 36.7; Dana Murray, 36.8; and a tie for fourth, Jon Thompson and Gordon Yoon, 37.1 Skins winners, were Blair Chaput, Mark Long, Travis McLaughlin and Derek Regier.

“B” Flight – Duane Regier, 35.3; Tom Uzzell, 35.8; Murray Wardell, 36.6;Steve Morrison, 37; and Keegan Newsham, 37.5. No skins winners.

“C” Flight – Dave Neilipovitz, 35.6; Curtis Chaput, 36.1; George Coulter, 37.2; Al Matheson, 38; and Robert Waldo, 38.3. Skins winners, were Chaput and Jim Guenther.

“D” Flight – Cory Hamilton, 34.1; Jim Martin, 35.1; Tony Stapley, 35.6; Rene Brajuha, 36; and Art Jolley, 36.7. Skins winners, were Martin, Hamilton, Jolley and Phil Thompkins.
