Crowd rushes in to find deals at Tiverton Lions Garage Sale
The crowd was antsy as it gathered at the entrance door to the Tiverton Lions Garage Sale which began Friday night and ran through Saturday morning, at the Tiverton Community Centre Annex.
Prior to the sale opening Friday night, people enjoyed a barbecue, served by the Lions Club.
As it began to rain, organizers opened the entranceway a few minutes ahead of 6 p.m., and a flood of bargain-hunters filled the annex. People searched for treasures amongst an abundance of items, including furniture, exercise equipment, tools, light fixtures, lamps, Christmas decorations, dishes, glassware, books, and so much more.
There was also a bake table, and plants and flowers for sale.
