Kincardine Scottish Saturday Night Parades begin June 27
The long-awaited Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band Saturday Night Parades begin June 27.
Every evening through the summer, until Sept. 5, the band will march down Queen Street in downtown Kincardine to Quinn Plaza and back, beginning at 8 p.m.
Once it returns to Victoria Park, the band will perform a short concert for its adoring fans, many of whom march behind the band every Saturday night.
It's a wonderful summer tradition, and those who have followed behind the band are pleased to then purchase a T-shirt that says, "I Marched with the Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band."
