Impaired ATV operator facing day in court

(PAISLEY, ON) – May 23, at 9:47 p.m., a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Queen Street South in Paisley, noticed a man operating a Honda TRX All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) along the street, without wearing a helmet. 

The ATV was stopped and the operator was found to have been drinking alcohol. Fifty-year-old Allan DOHERTY of Arran-Elderslie Township has been charged with operate over-80 milligrams and fail to wear helmet. He is scheduled to appear in court July 13, to answer to the charges.
