(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) - A Kincardine Township man has been charged, following a dog attack in Inverhuron last month.
The South Bruce OPP received a call April 9 at 9:48 a.m., reporting an incident of two dogs attacking another dog.
The investigation has culminated with a charge, under the Dog Owners Liability Act, of failing to prevent biting or attacking a person or domestic animal.
The accused, 44-year-old Doug ORR of Kincardine Township, is scheduled to appear in court June 2, to answer to the charge.
