To the Editor:
RE: “Kincardine councillor upset with OPG at loss of DGR at Bruce site”

The federal representation for this long-term project has been badly performed.

Wouldn't it make sense to ensure indigenous rights and wishes were approved before all other approvals were negotiated?

A lot of money and time expended for nothing.

Seems like they put the cart before the horse.
