Reader asks why dumps can't be open

To the Editor:

Is there any good reason why the dumps can’t be open?

The yellow garbage bins are spaced more than six feet apart. Money can be debited at a distance and the reuse building can remain closed.

I have a client purchasing a home tomorrow (Thursday) and the seller is having trouble getting rid of some garbage.

Let’s start looking at things we can do.
