POLICE INVESTIGATING CAR WASH BREAK-IN
(WALKERTON, ON) – June 15, at 2:15 a.m., the South Bruce OPP received a call, reporting that someone was breaking into the Walkerton Car Wash located along Durham Street West in Walkerton.
Officers arrived to find that the car wash office had been forcibly entered. There are no items reported missing and there is no estimate on the damage repairs at this time.
TIPSTER HELPS POLICE STOP DRINKING DRIVER
(CARRICK TWP, ON) – June 12,at 10:43 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of an erratic driver operating a black Jeep on the Huron-Bruce Road in Carrick Township.
Officers located the suspect vehicle and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. A 29-year-old Howick Township man was charged with drive with no insurance and drive with liquor available, and a three-day driver's licence suspension was served following a warn result at the roadside.
