Bury nuclear waste in the Canadian shield, says Mildmay resident

To the Editor:
RE: Proposed DGR for long-term storage of used nuclear fuel

I feel that in 100 years or so, no one knows if the storage units will rot.

It is way too close to a major fresh water supply. 

I know it would be costly but for the sake of generations to come, blast a huge tunnel in the Canadian shield and bury it there.
