Of sunsets, slides, and summer scenery
Despite the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, Kincardine is still a beautiful place.
In the past few weeks, we have seen some magnificent sunsets.
The playground equipment is now open for children to enjoy.
The public outdoor washrooms are open for people to use; and while it's not yet open, the new washroom at Dunsmoor Park is nearly complete, along with the retaining wall beside it.
Work continues on the Queen Street bridge.
There are many wonderful sights to see, including the Rock Garden, the pier, the beaches, and the beautiful sailboats out on Lake Huron.
And finally, the donation bins beside the Knotty Pine have been cleaned up and sealed off.
Enjoy the sunshine and the beauty of the Municipality of Kincardine – just do so safely by following the public health guidelines for physical-distancing and hand-washing.
