Thanks for making the virtual Ripley-Huron Fall Fair such a great success
To the Editor:
The Ripley Agricultural Society thanks everyone who helped make the 157th Ripley-Huron Virtual Fall Fair a success. It has been a learning experience for our directors as new ways of sharing our fair experience were developed.
Thank you to the Township of Huron–Kinloss for assisting us with the in-person portions of our fair. Thank you to the exhibitors, and other community members and businesses, that contributed items or services for the on-line auction. Thank you to all who bid on items and congratulations to the winning bidders. We appreciate your support.
Thank you to the participants in our Rolling Classic Car and Antique Tractor Show through the streets of Ripley on the Saturday, and to everyone who joined us on Sunday for our Scavenger Hunt.
The directors and executive express their appreciation to all the sponsors, donors, business organizations, 4-H members and leaders, and the VOLUNTEERS who gave their time, talents, and financial contributions to make our 2020 fair a huge success.
Thank you to our technical team, John Culbert and Ryan Berry, who created the Ripley-Huron Fall Fair as a virtual experience. All videos can still be viewed through links on our website at:
