CALLER HELPS POLICE STOP IMPAIRED DRIVER
(KINCARDINE, ON) – Oct. 4, at 5:49 p.m., a caller contacted the South Bruce OPP regarding the erratic driving of a blue Ford F150.
The truck was located in the Tim Horton's parking lot on Broadway in Kincardine, and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. Thirty-one-year-old Ben MacPHERSON of Kincardine has been charged with impaired driving and operate over-80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 16, to answer to the charges.
WANTED MAN ARRESTED
(HURON TWP, ON) – Members of the South Bruce detachment of the OPP and the South Bruce OPP Crime Unit were attempting to locate a wanted male who fled from a stolen truck that was burned Sept. 30.
Oct. 5, 29-year-old Dale SOUTHARD of Palmerston was arrested without incident. The South Bruce OPP appreciates the assistance of the media and the public with this investigation.
