Thanks to snowplow operators for their hard work this winter, says reader

To the Editor:
RE: "Spring is in the air, and the signs are everywhere"

If all we lost during this past winter were a few signs, then we are lucky. 

I commend all those who were driving the snowplows when they had to use their memories to know where they were on the roads because they could not see 10 feet out of the cabs. 

Thank you to those who spent many weary hours trying their best to make sure we could get around this area. 

Face it, we could be living in Halifax!
